Register for your 2021 Fuel Account

This form is not at all the right form, I just inserted it generically to
show this page as the Registration page that would come up when the Register button is selected. It would be the JotForm or other form API that
Lucia uses for Registration at the beginning of the season - that will populate
answers into a saved database for each account (Salesforce? Excel? Fulcrum? AirTable?)
that we use ongoing each year to save records.

This table is a really simple example. In reality it would pull from Fulcrum or other API and show all of the datapoints in the Payment Portal document. Ideally, it would be sortable for the user.

This would take them to either an Integrapay or other payment processor page (or our own separate page(s) with APIs) where they could pay their initial set-up fee to save their CC, and later ideally change CC's and pay outstanding balances.
